About the Role

Role Overview

The Manlift Operator is responsible for maneuvering equipment to ensure secure and stable access for personnel engaged in construction, maintenance, or inspection activities. A primary focus of this role is strict adherence to all safety protocols and maintaining effective communication with onsite personnel to facilitate smooth and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manlift and aerial work platforms to provide safe access for workers at various heights.
• Perform thorough pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on all manlift equipment.
• Ensure strict compliance with all established safety guidelines and operational protocols during every task.
• Coordinate effectively with site supervisors and other workers to plan safe maneuvering and precise positioning of equipment.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, defects, or potential safety concerns to relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of equipment usage, inspection schedules, and maintenance activities.
