About the Role

Cenomi Retail is seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and operational excellence of our retail centers, contributing directly to the overall success of our mall environments.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the seamless and efficient functioning of all mall operations. This includes leading and managing a dedicated team of operations executives, while rigorously ensuring adherence to Cenomi Centers' established operational standards and company policies. The manager will be key in maintaining high levels of service delivery and operational excellence within our dynamic retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the daily operational activities of the mall, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Implement and enforce all Cenomi Centers' operational standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards.
• Monitor operational performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably within a retail or mall environment. A proven track record of successfully leading teams and ensuring operational excellence is essential for this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in either Dammam or Al Jubail. The role involves working within a dynamic retail environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards.
