Planning Manager

About the Role

Binzagr For Industry and Maintenance is seeking a Planning Manager to oversee store operations in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves managing material receiving, storage, and issuance processes, ensuring efficient and secure handling of all store assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily material receipts and issuances in the Stock Register and maintain accurate inventory updates.
• Identify specific material handling requirements and provide instructions to the Store Attendant.
• Ensure that tools and materials are issued only against approved requisitions.
• Obtain necessary material-related certificates, including Quality, MSDS, and MTC.
• Initiate material requests for PPE items, stationery, and other operational needs.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for materials and hand over materials to the requester.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure proper waste disposal within the store.
• Implement security procedures to protect store assets and materials from damage or loss.
• Prepare and submit 'Monthly Stock Reports' and 'Returned Material Reports'.
• Undertake any other assigned tasks relevant to store operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory management, or a similar field. A strong understanding of material handling best practices and inventory control systems is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. The role requires active involvement in managing daily store activities and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
