KBR is seeking a Rotating Technician III to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern region, for a full-time position.

Role Summary

The Rotating Technician III is responsible for maintaining all rotating equipment in optimal working condition. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of various rotating equipment and mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to required industry standards. This position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical field.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the necessary team for tasks.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide regular progress updates to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and materials to ensure their availability for scheduled work.
• Arrange all required work permits before commencing any work activities.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to Technicians on the proper usage of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate effectively with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to ensure efficient job execution and completion.
• Ensure accurate SAP data input, maintain comprehensive history records, and track actual working hours.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges.

Safety and Compliance

• Maintain strict compliance with all SATORP standards and guidelines in all maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage according to SATORP standards.
• Actively encourage the reporting of near misses, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Participate in scheduled Safety audits to contribute to continuous improvement in safety protocols.
• Attend all scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Rotating Technician III position must possess 5 to 10 years of proven experience in the maintenance, installation, and repair of rotating equipment and mechanical systems within an industrial setting.
