About the Role

Tecnicas Reunidas Saudi Arabia is seeking an Asset Predictive Analytics Engineer to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on supporting the deployment, configuration, and commissioning of predictive analytics and Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions for industrial facilities. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Asset Predictive Analytics Engineer will be instrumental in monitoring asset health, developing predictive models, and analyzing operational data. This role supports the implementation of solutions such as AVEVA Predictive Analytics and other related reliability platforms, contributing to enhanced asset performance and reliability within industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and commissioning of predictive analytics and APM solutions.
• Configure asset models, analytics, alerts, and performance monitoring dashboards.
• Analyze operational, maintenance, and historian data to identify equipment anomalies and performance issues.
• Support the development of predictive maintenance and reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, reliability, and process engineering teams.
• Participate in asset criticality assessments and performance improvement studies.
• Support integration with historians, CMMS, ERP, and other plant systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and client presentations.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and site acceptance activities.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and project stakeholders during project execution.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating proficiency in predictive analytics, asset performance management, and industrial facility operations.

Work Location and Travel

The primary work location for this position is Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Travel to client sites within KSA and the GCC region will be required. Extended site presence may be necessary during commissioning, SAT, startup, and hypercare phases of projects.
