About the Business Development Specialist Role

ASAS Training Institute is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position focuses on expanding the institute's reach and client base for its internationally accredited professional training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies for training programs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients across government and private sectors.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, and participate in government tenders via Etimad and Monafasat platforms.
• Achieve established sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze client requirements.
• Represent ASAS Training Institute at professional events and networking functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Experience within the training or education sector is considered a strong advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI proficiency is preferred.
• Strong understanding of government tender platforms, specifically Etimad and Monafasat.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively and deliver results under pressure.
