About the Concierge Role

Kempinski Hotels is seeking a Concierge to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals and requires 0-1 years of experience. The Concierge will be responsible for managing guest requests and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through friendly and attentive service.

Core Responsibilities

The primary function of the Concierge is to handle guest inquiries and requests in a polite and efficient manner. This includes providing information about hotel services, local attractions, dining, transportation, and other points of interest. The role also involves managing guest messages, mail, and parcels, ensuring they are delivered according to hotel procedures. If a request cannot be handled directly, the Concierge will refer it to the appropriate staff member to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Guest Services and Information Management

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all hotel services, local amenities, and points of interest is crucial for effectively answering guest questions. The Concierge will also be responsible for the accurate recording, delivery, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, messages, and parcels addressed to guests and hotel staff. This includes storing guest luggage upon request, handling it with care, and selling stamps for postcards and letters.

Operational Support

The Concierge is expected to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the desk area, ensuring that counters are replenished with necessary materials such as brochures, magazines, and city maps for guest convenience. During the closing hours of the Business Center, the Concierge will assist guests by sending faxes.

Additional Duties

From time to time, the Concierge may be assigned additional duties as directed by their Supervisor or Manager. The scope of responsibilities and tasks may be adjusted based on the evolving needs of the business and the hotel.
