About the Role

eXtra is seeking a Direct Marketing Lead to manage and drive the direct marketing function across various communication channels. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar and involves a blend of data-driven strategy and hands-on campaign execution to enhance customer engagement, increase purchase frequency, and build loyalty.

Role Overview

The Direct Marketing Lead will be responsible for overseeing all direct marketing initiatives. This includes managing campaigns across SMS, email newsletters, WhatsApp messaging, and both web and mobile app push notifications. The role focuses on leveraging data insights to inform decisions and executing campaigns that directly contribute to customer retention and growth.
