About the Role: Guest Experience Expert

Marriott Executive Apartments is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
Complete necessary reports and documentation.
Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas.
Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Maintain a safe work environment for all.
Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
Uphold confidentiality regarding company and guest information.
Protect company assets and resources.
Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity and a hands-on approach. Candidates must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, including stairs and service ramps. The position involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also required.
