About the Role

Grand Hyatt is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel cleanliness. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This includes guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen spaces. The role also encompasses the management of the hotel's laundry and dry-cleaning operations, covering hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all housekeeping functions to maintain hotel cleanliness standards.
  • Oversee the cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
  • Supervise the hotel's laundry and dry-cleaning operations.
  • Ensure efficient management of hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a larger operation is required.

Required Skills

Candidates must possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective administrative skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to succeed in this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The work environment is within the Grand Hyatt hotel operations.
