About Kasa Engineering Design

Kasa Engineering Design is seeking a dedicated Programme Manager / PMC Lead to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on delivering significant projects within the engineering and design sector.

Role Overview: Programme Manager / PMC Lead

The Programme Manager / PMC Lead serves as the single point of accountability to the client for a substantial ~28,000 m2 core-and-shell banking headquarters project. This role involves comprehensive leadership over the project's lifecycle, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the owner's representative and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) role for both the base-build and the full fit-out phases.
Oversee all stages including design, tender processes, supervision of construction, and final handover.
Manage and take ownership of the programme schedule, cost controls, quality assurance, and compliance with project standards.
Ensure accurate and timely client reporting on all project aspects.
Provide direct leadership and guidance to both the design and site teams involved in the project.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Programme Manager / PMC Lead position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in programme management, project leadership, or a similar owner's representative capacity, particularly within large-scale construction or engineering projects.

Project Scope and Management

This role encompasses the full spectrum of project management for a significant banking headquarters. The Programme Manager / PMC Lead will be instrumental in guiding the project from initial design concepts through the tendering process, rigorous site supervision, and ultimately to the successful handover of the completed core-and-shell structure, along with the full interior fit-out.
