About the Purchasing Supervisor Role

Purpose of the Role

The Purchasing Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the procurement processes, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for hotel operations. Core Responsibilities

• Supervising daily purchasing operations and activities to ensure timely and accurate procurement.
• Managing vendor relationships, including negotiation of terms, pricing, and service agreements.
• Ensuring strict compliance with company purchasing policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating supply needs with various departments to prevent shortages.

Required Qualifications and Experience
