Role Overview: Sales Agent

York Towers is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Agent to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves guiding local and international clients through profitable real estate investment opportunities, primarily in Georgia. The role provides strategic advisory services supported by market intelligence and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and investment needs assessment to property presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to deal closures, sales volume, and client acquisition.
  • Prepare and deliver financially grounded investment proposals, clearly articulating Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and capital appreciation projections.
  • Address complex investor objections concerning market risk, financial returns, and compliance.
  • Maintain current expertise on York Towers' project portfolio, the competitive landscape, and Georgian real estate market trends.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data entry and thorough documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.
  • Adhere to cross-border transaction protocols and all applicable legal and compliance standards.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a direct sales or client advisory role, ideally within real estate or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and effectively communicate core investment metrics such as ROI, NPV, and IRR to clients.

Compensation and Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 SAR, supplemented by performance-based commission. The Sales Agent will operate within a growing team, focusing on high-performing real estate investment opportunities.
