Baytonia is seeking a Showroom Sales Coordinator to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are detail-oriented and customer-focused. The role is integral to ensuring every showroom visit is a positive experience, fostering customer trust, and helping clients create a home they love through clear communication and reliable follow-through.

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of the Showroom Sales Coordinator is to support the smooth daily operations of the showroom and deliver an excellent customer experience. This encompasses managing interactions from welcoming customers and confirming orders to processing payments and coordinating product availability and delivery dates. The coordinator is also responsible for handling daily cash operations, following up on orders, and supporting the readiness of the service area in collaboration with the Showroom Manager and relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide necessary support to ensure a professional and comfortable showroom experience.
• Receive cash and electronic payments from customers, issue accurate invoices and receipts, and reconcile received amounts with the system.
• Complete daily cash closing, prepare reconciliation reports, and maintain the daily cash float securely.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with approved company policies.
• Follow up on and report any cash discrepancies immediately.
• Verify product availability before confirming orders and accurately inform customers of expected delivery dates.
• Clearly explain company policies, expected delivery timeframes, and order details to customers.
• Confirm orders, ensure all required information is complete, and accurately enter it into the system.
• Coordinate with the Showroom Manager and relevant teams regarding pending orders, payments, and delivery updates.
• Prepare and share daily reports related to cash closing, completed or pending orders, and operational observations.
• Monitor operational observations or challenges within the showroom and report them to the Showroom Manager.
• Receive initial customer feedback, direct it to the relevant department, and follow up as needed.
• Support the readiness of the reception area and point of sale, ensuring all requirements for customer service are available.
• Ensure that prices, promotions, and key product information are clearly communicated to customers.
• Support sales activities by identifying customer needs and directing them to suitable products or the appropriate team member.
• Collaborate with the showroom team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain the organization and professional appearance of the service area and payment point.
• Comply with attendance procedures, approved working hours, and the Company’s financial and operational policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role.
• Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Proficiency in handling cash operations and maintaining accurate records.

Compensation

The Showroom Sales Coordinator will be eligible for incentives or sales commissions. Eligibility and structure are determined in accordance with Baytonia's approved policy, based on the individual's contribution to achieving sales and meeting assigned sales targets.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within the showroom environment, collaborating closely with the showroom team to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
