About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sr. Technical Professional-Telecommunication to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves the design, specification, and service management of various communication systems, ensuring robust data transmission and connectivity.

Role Overview

The Sr. Technical Professional will be responsible for all conventional aspects of the functional area, including devising new approaches to problems. The role requires planning, scheduling, and conducting work that demands independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform work involving conventional engineering practice, which may include complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.
• Design and specify communication systems, including satellite, line of sight, fiber optic, and phone systems.
• Manage public address systems and the transmission of data from supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in telecommunication systems design and specification.
• Demonstrated ability to apply engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria independently.
• Experience with satellite, line of sight, fiber optic, phone, and public address systems.
• Familiarity with data transmission from supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
