Job Responsibility
- Manage the accounts payable process.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
- Scrutinize invoices for adherence to policies.
- Contact vendors for revised invoices when needed.
- Reconcile books with vendor accounts.
- Review monthly ageing of accounts payable.
- Work directly with vendors to ensure approval and processing of invoices.
- Prepare expense schedules for statutory audits.
- File AP-related documents as needed.
- Collect invoices from suppliers.
- Fulfill ad-hoc requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
- SOCPA Certificate/Membership.
- Relevant experience in accounts payable.
