About the Accountant Role

مؤسسة ريادة الخليج للمنتجات المعدنية is seeking an Accountant to join their team in Al Khafji, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The role involves a range of accounting tasks focused on financial record-keeping, analysis, and reporting.

Core Responsibilities

• Preparing and organizing disbursement documents.
• Following up on revenue collection and documentation.
• Analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
• Preparing accounting entries and accurately recording financial transactions.
• Auditing bank accounts and preparing necessary reconciliations.
• Preparing and archiving reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.

Key Duties and Accountabilities

• Auditing financial claims to ensure legal and financial completeness.
• Ensuring the proper preparation, organization, and documentation of disbursement documents.
• Following up on the auditing and approval of disbursements by accredited regulatory bodies.
• Monitoring current and capital expenditures against the monthly financial position of budget items.
• Preparing the financial position and monthly summaries.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual closing accounts.
• Contributing to the development of accounting methods and procedures.
• Keeping abreast of scientific and technical developments in the accounting field.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports in the field of expense and revenue accounting and archiving them in the dedicated database.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in an accounting role. A foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices is expected. The ability to manage financial documents and perform basic financial analysis is essential for this position.
