Account Manager

About the Role

GET Global Group is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a professional with significant experience in the Oil & Gas industry to manage client relationships and support operational activities.

Role Overview

The Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between client expectations and company objectives. The role involves frequent on-site presence at client offices to oversee operations and foster business growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and align client expectations with company goals.
• Attend client meetings and meet with client operations teams frequently (at least 3-4 times a week).
• Work from client offices and oversee operational activities.
• Guide and support crew on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters, addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed.
• Manage crew rotations and oversee the collection of timesheets.
• Assist in fulfilling new and additional crew requirements, including following up on CV approvals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to contribute to business growth.
• Understand client operations and growth strategies to enhance GET's presence and growth in the region.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong client management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster business growth.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, specifically within the Oil and Gas or Oilfield Services (OFS) sector.

This position is based in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
