KinFitz & Co. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Water Treatment to establish and grow the company's presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and involves working with a global leader in industrial water treatment technology.

The company is a global leader in industrial water treatment technology with operations across 23 countries. Its client base includes over 80% of Fortune 100 companies. The organization has a licensed entity in KSA and regional leadership based in Abu Dhabi, supported by a technical and engineering team.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts to establish the company's presence in KSA from the ground up.
• Target new business opportunities within oil and gas, infrastructure, data centers, and EPC water projects.
• Drive market penetration and achieve sales objectives without an inherited territory or existing pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in building a sales business from scratch in KSA, specifically in a "hunter" role rather than managing existing accounts.
• Strong knowledge of EPC water projects, industrial chemicals, or offshore oil and gas systems.
• An established network among government, semi-government, and SABIC stakeholders in KSA.
• An entrepreneurial and self-driven approach, comfortable operating as the initial and sole representative on the ground.

Experience and Compensation

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The salary for this position ranges from SAR 30,000 to SAR 32,000.
