The Role of Electronics Engineer

Atwad is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves PCB design, soldering, validation, service support, and production coordination. The position serves as a link between firmware, hardware, and production, requiring strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and a production-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Design schematics and PCB layouts for embedded electronic systems.
Support prototype builds, including soldering, rework, and board bring-up.
Validate and troubleshoot hardware at the component, circuit, and board levels.
Collaborate with firmware and production teams to resolve integration issues.
Provide support for service maintenance, failure analysis, and root-cause debugging.
Assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, component selection, and design revision control.
Support production testing, manufacturing processes, and field issue resolution.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware, validation, and production support activities.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this Electronics Engineer position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include proficiency in PCB design, soldering, and hardware validation.
