Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor

About the Role

AlRashed Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor to join our team in Dammam. This full-time role involves overseeing the company's (ibhar albena real estate) safety programs and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and providing essential training to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard communication, emergency response, and personal protective equipment.
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety-conscious work culture and encourage active participation in safety programs.
• Keep abreast of new developments in safety regulations and best practices to proactively address potential safety issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for incident investigation.
