The Role of Event Designer

Eventive Group is seeking an Event Designer to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The Event Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and designing comprehensive event experiences, from the initial idea generation through to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop event themes and visual concepts.
• Prepare mood boards, layouts, and floor plans for events.
• Collaborate with event planners and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with client objectives.
• Select décor, staging, lighting, and branding elements.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding design-related requirements.
• Ensure all event materials meet specified quality and budget standards.
• Participate in client meetings to present concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs.
• Support onsite setup and ensure the final event environment aligns with approved design plans.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Event Designer will work collaboratively within a team environment to deliver high-quality event solutions.
