The Role: Finance - Enterprise Performance Management Manager

Accenture is seeking a Finance - Enterprise Performance Management Manager to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role is integral to Accenture Strategy & Consulting, where professionals collaborate to help business leaders reinvent their organizations for increased resilience, mitigated risk, and sustainable value. The manager will serve as a trusted partner, working with diverse teams to deliver successful tech-enabled transformation and create new forms of value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in achieving strategic and operational goals by introducing efficient ways of working, enhancing processes, and refining operating models.
• Apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, including business case development, to address complex and ambiguous client business challenges, making decisions with minimal management oversight.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, demonstrate agile design principles to clients, and collaboratively develop and secure innovative solutions in an agile manner.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients throughout engagements, ensuring business requirements and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Contribute to business development activities, which include identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and presenting them to potential clients.
• Support the development of CFO&EV practice and community capabilities, such as creating new offerings, assets, and relevant thought leadership, while engaging with broader CFO&EV and other Accenture teams.
• Lead and inspire high-performing multidisciplinary teams by setting a strong example, actively mentoring team members, and contributing to performance management processes.
• Continuously engage in learning new skills and enhancing existing capabilities to contribute to the growth of both the CFO&EV practice and the wider Accenture organization.
