About the Role

This full-time position for a Senior Specialist Planning & Performance Management is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The role focuses on developing and implementing effective planning and performance management frameworks within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate performance management frameworks, methodologies, and processes.
• Support the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives and targets.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor organizational performance against targets and benchmarks, providing actionable insights and corrective measures in coordination with business functions.
• Collaborate with business units and senior management to establish, track, and report performance goals.
• Support strategic planning activities, including prompt listing and analysis such as PESTLE and SWOT.
• Prepare and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and related archives.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in planning, strategy, or performance management.
