Alsalimi Company is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated General Project Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing and organizing the company's business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution under the direction of senior management.

Role Overview

As the General Project Manager, you will assume a pivotal leadership position, overseeing the comprehensive management and organization of the company's business. This role requires a professional with a strong background, ideally as a Civil Engineer, capable of driving operational excellence and strategic growth across all departments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all company activities align with top management directives and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all company departments, including Management, Human Resources, Procurement, IT, Safety, Technical, Operations, Project Control, Finance, MEP, and Logistics.
• Ensure optimal productivity and efficiency across all internal and external projects.
• Manage and strictly adhere to the established financial budget.
• Drive continuous improvement of company processes to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations at project sites.
• Implement new strategies designed to boost the company's success and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in general management or project management roles.
• Demonstrated background as a Civil Engineer is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and organize complex business operations effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving organizational goals.
