Role Overview

The HVAC and MEP Technical Office Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role involves preparing and reviewing HVAC shop drawings, coordinating with various engineering disciplines, and ensuring designs comply with project specifications, standards, and applicable Saudi codes. The engineer will also contribute to quantity surveying and cost estimation activities for HVAC and MEP works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure design alignment.
• Ensure designs adhere to project specifications, standards, and Saudi codes.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and support quantity surveying activities.
• Contribute to cost estimates for HVAC and MEP works.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review tender documents and provide technical support during project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures.
• Participate in meetings with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Technical Support and Documentation

• Prepare preliminary designs and project pricing.
• Provide technical assistance to project managers on site.
• Prepare drawings, technical specifications, and comprehensive project documents.
• Prepare and submit required technical reports.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment of all technical project aspects.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team that prioritizes quality, professional standards, and customer satisfaction.
