About the Role

sraco is seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer to join their team. This full-time position is focused on design and engineering within the instrumentation and control field.

Role Overview

The Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and engineering aspects related to instrumentation and control systems. This role requires a strong understanding of relevant engineering principles and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting design and engineering calculations for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Ensuring designs comply with relevant international engineering and construction codes and standards.
• Applying knowledge of codes such as the International Fire Code, National Electrical Code, and National Fire Protection Association.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent acceptable degree.
• Proficiency in software used for electrical, instrumentation, and control design calculations.
• Familiarity with international engineering and construction codes and standards.
• Passing a national licensure exam or equivalent will be considered beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Experience must be in a design and engineering office setting as an Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer.
• The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
