About the Role

Napco National is seeking an IT Support Officer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in IT support, offering an opportunity to contribute to the company's technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to business units, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare and configure laptops and desktops for deployment.
• Perform repairs on printers, scanners, and photocopiers prior to their allocation to third parties.
• Install and configure various software applications for both existing and new users.
• Liaise with suppliers of network equipment, laptops, desktops, and computer accessories to resolve technical issues.
• Deliver first-line support for network, telecom, and infrastructure components, including cabling, points, and testing.
• Manage and execute IT-related projects as assigned by the support manager.
• Update the knowledge base with resolutions for cases and problems to facilitate faster future support.
• Assist IT representatives across all business units.
• Support users in repairing and replacing IT equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to technical issues to maintain smooth operational continuity.
• Offer flexible and responsive technical support, both physically and remotely, throughout the company.
• Deliver and set up IT equipment for users in all business units.

Role Requirements

This role requires individuals with a foundational understanding of IT support principles and practices. Candidates with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. The ability to provide both physical and remote technical assistance is essential.
