BCG Saudi is seeking an IT Service Associate to provide essential technology support in its Riyadh office, operating in a full-time capacity.

Role Purpose and Department Mission

The IT department at BCG is committed to delivering best-in-class Business-IT Support, continuously enhancing IT systems and services, and fostering technological innovation. In this role, the IT Service Associate will deliver comprehensive technology support within the Riyadh office, with a primary focus on user assistance, computer setup, and ongoing maintenance. The Associate will report directly to the Riyadh IT Manager and is expected to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing, and service-oriented environment, aligning with BCG’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service through on-site technology support in both home and office environments, primarily in Riyadh and attached offices, across various platforms (*, PC, Mac, iOS, Android) for assigned case teams and office-based staff.
• Support the BCG user community by delivering tailored technology solutions on-site in BCG offices, at client locations, and during special events (*, executive speeches, press conferences, offsite meetings).
• Prepare and deploy laptops (Windows and MacOS) for staff, including user profile configuration and data migration.
• Maintain configurations of computer systems according to established BCG requirements and document critical and routine technical procedures, as well as end-user literature.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office printers, network, and computing equipment with outside vendors.
• Oversee and troubleshoot video conference and telecommunications systems in coordination with regional technical resources (Zoom, MS Teams, and WebEx in particular).
• Work on projects in an operational capacity for global and local initiatives, such as evaluating existing systems, recommending technology for upgrade and replacement, and evaluating new technologies for potential applicability within BCG.
• Compile various reports including IT dashboard, inventory tracking and management, service assessments, mobile usage, and hardware planning.
• Troubleshoot and log technical issues received via phone call or ticket in the IT Service Management tool Service Now, and analyze call data to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Achieve annual goals and objectives, developed in cooperation with the IT Service organization and local management.

Working Environment
