About the Machine Operator Role

Napco National is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position requires a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, ready to contribute to the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet standard finished goods specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production line during the shift and at month-end.
• Accurately complete the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.
• Set up the machine correctly and perform size changeovers as needed.
• Handle raw materials appropriately, including receiving, returning, and transferring to/from the Raw Material Warehouse.
• Promptly notify the Lead Operator and Line Setter of any machine issues.
• Ensure all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated areas.
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines and participate in HSE toolbox talks.
• Take part in all relevant levels of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system activities, including development, planning, evaluation, and improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the extrusion field.
• Solid understanding of the extrusion and printing processes.
• Must be in good physical condition and able to work in hot and demanding environments.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and in challenging conditions.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
