About the Role

Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Professional Materials Planning and Execution to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to planning and scheduling the materials required for business execution. The professional will work with sales, commercial, region personnel, Manufacturing (MFG), and supply chain to translate demand across multiple time horizons into physical orders, ensuring they are delivered to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule material/production, ensuring the shop has the necessary materials, documentation, and tooling/equipment to meet required manufacturing/production levels.
  • Coordinate material input/output, manage material shortages, and oversee material for farm-out.
  • Identify and react to material plans that do not meet customer requirements.
  • Provide effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on the Master Schedule, cycle time, shop capacity, hardware/tooling availability, and status to schedules.
  • Monitor supply and demand misalignment using the planning system, and collaborate with manufacturing sources to implement corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional groups to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, manpower issues, and shop capacity.
  • Analyze and measure the current production status and identify problem areas that inhibit full schedule realization.
  • Maintain the integrity of the MRP system.
  • Update the project team with delivery dates for open orders.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 2-3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain.
  • Hands-on experience using ERP systems, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • Demonstrated tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
