About the Role

Foreground is seeking a Marketing & Advertising Manager to join a leading organization in the education and vocational training sector. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, and requires over 10 years of experience. The role involves leading strategic marketing initiatives and driving measurable success for a respected institution.

Role Overview

The Marketing & Advertising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals and vision. This senior role includes managing significant marketing budgets, conceptualizing creative campaigns, and leading a team to achieve exceptional outcomes. A key focus will be on aligning marketing efforts with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the education and vocational training sector.
  • Lead large-scale marketing campaigns, managing substantial budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • Oversee omnichannel marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and strategic events to enhance brand positioning.
  • Build relationships with sponsors and partners to improve event effectiveness.
  • Integrate innovative marketing approaches to attract and nurture leads.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing initiative success.
  • Present actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Foster an innovative, performance-driven culture within the marketing team.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within marketing.
  • A proven track record of managing large marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing high-profile marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in event planning, lead generation, and digital marketing across various platforms.

Essential Skills

  • Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Exceptional bilingual communication skills in both Arabic and English.
