About the Role

TalentHive is supporting a well-established Saudi group that is expanding its technical workforce. We are recruiting Mechanics across various specialisms and experience levels to join a large-scale operational environment. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, and focuses on the maintenance, reliability, and availability of heavy equipment, construction machinery, and vehicle fleets.

Role Overview

This position involves supporting operations across heavy equipment, industrial services, logistics, and large-scale project operations. We are seeking candidates ranging from developing technicians to experienced Senior Mechanics. The specific level and responsibilities will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, technical capability, and equipment specialism.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance.
• Conducting fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Executing breakdown repairs on various machinery and vehicles.
• Working with heavy equipment, construction machinery, heavy trucks, commercial vehicles, and light vehicle fleets.
• Maintaining mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Adhering to OEM maintenance procedures.
• Following HSE and safe working practices.
• Completing maintenance work orders and service documentation.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. We are considering applicants for various roles, including Mechanic Helpers/Junior Technicians, Mechanics/Site Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Senior Mechanics, Heavy Truck Mechanics, Senior Heavy Truck Mechanics, Light Vehicle Mechanics, and other specialist mechanical maintenance positions.

• Experience in workshop and/or field maintenance environments.
• For senior-level opportunities, candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently diagnose complex faults, carry out higher-level repairs, and provide technical guidance to junior Mechanics/Technicians.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a salary of up to SAR 6,600 per month, in addition to standard benefits. This opportunity provides exposure to significant heavy equipment and fleet operations, with both workshop and field-based opportunities available, supporting long-term career development.
