About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position involves performing various material handling operations using a forklift across different plant locations and departments. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lifting, shifting, and transportation of heavy materials across various plant locations and departments.
• Handle slag-related operations, including lifting and dumping slag bins, and managing overflow materials.
• Transport various types of skulls (tundish, ladle, pot) and ensure proper weighing and record handling.
• Support shutdown activities by lifting and moving bins and other materials as required.
• Transfer materials such as pallets, waste wood, empty drums, and items from the store as needed.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any faults or abnormalities.
• Adhere to all safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) policies, ensuring proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Provide regular material handling support to multiple departments, including MMD, EMD, CMD, Refractory, CCM, Safety, and Utility.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in forklift operation.
• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with material handling procedures in an industrial environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam and involves working across various plant locations and departments within Al Tuwairqi Group. The position is full-time and requires adherence to strict safety protocols.
