The Role of QC Inspector

As a QC Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards, project specifications, and client expectations. Your meticulous inspections and quality control activities will directly contribute to the successful delivery of projects while maintaining full compliance with both industry and company standards. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and established quality standards.
• Ensure all QA/QC documentation is prepared, maintained, and aligns with procedural requirements.
• Implement inspection and testing activities as defined within the Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Verify work readiness thoroughly before any inspections are formally requested.
• Support the effective management and closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and associated corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspection schedules and activities with consultants, clients, and internal project teams.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials across various project activities.
• Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement and heightened quality awareness throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in quality control within the construction industry.
