About the Role

Apex Industrial Services (AIS) is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, proposals, and process customer orders efficiently.
Coordinate effectively with sales, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to streamline processes.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on orders and deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales records and update ERP/CRM systems regularly.
Prepare comprehensive sales reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration.
Experience in B2B sales, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), or industrial supplies is an advantage.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Good command of English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Province. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with various internal teams to support sales objectives.
