About the Role

Petrozone International, a provider of inspection and asset integrity management solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer for its Inspection Services Division. This full-time, on-site position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on promoting the company's specialized services to clients within the Oil & Gas, Power, and Chemical sectors.

Role Overview

The Sales Engineer will be instrumental in driving business growth by engaging with existing and prospective clients. This involves understanding their needs and recommending Petrozone's comprehensive inspection and asset integrity solutions. The role requires close collaboration with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote inspection and asset integrity services to clients in the Oil & Gas, Power, and Chemical industries.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess needs and present solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to define scopes of work and support bid preparation.
• Follow up on quotations and tenders to ensure timely responses and secure business.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and prepare regular reports on market trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to the company's revenue growth and enhance its brand reputation.
• Prepare presentations and attend industry events to represent Petrozone International.

Qualifications and Experience

• A strong technical understanding of inspection services, asset integrity, and related engineering concepts within the Oil & Gas, Power, or Chemical industries.
• Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or sales engineering, preferably within industrial or energy sectors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Proficiency in standard office software and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with international quality and safety standards.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is advantageous.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role requires a willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as needed. Petrozone International operates globally, with inspectors in major cities worldwide, combining local expertise with international reach.
