EZOrderKSA is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is crucial for expanding the company's corporate client base and achieving sales objectives.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new corporate clients and the cultivation of long-term relationships. This position involves understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions in a professional manner that enhances the EZOrderKSA brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with prospective corporate clients and organizations.
Understand specific client business needs and propose customized solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets established by management.
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and tailored business proposals.
Negotiate contract terms and successfully close deals.
Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and facilitate contract renewals.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through deal closure and ongoing client engagement.
Maintain accurate client and opportunity records within the CRM system.
Prepare regular performance and pipeline reports for sales management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to understand business-sector needs.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and delivery/implementation, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Attend trade shows and business events to expand the client network.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in a sales or client-facing capacity. This foundational experience will support the responsibilities of acquiring corporate clients and managing sales cycles effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role requires a proactive approach to market engagement and client interaction within the assigned territory.
