About Arla Foods and the Sales Supervisor Role

Arla Foods is seeking a Sales Supervisor Food Service to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is designed for a professional with 2-5 years of experience in sales. The role focuses on driving sales growth within the food service sector, managing customer relationships, and supporting distribution channels to achieve business objectives.

Driving Sales and Customer Engagement

• Visit existing and new customers to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Proactively generate new sales leads.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Provide product demonstrations and support customers in resolving issues.
• Negotiate prices within established limits and finalize sales orders to achieve targets.
• Establish weekly sales plans, prioritizing and scheduling activities to meet sales targets.

Market Insight and Business Development

• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers, building positive relationships to foster future sales and repeat business.
• Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity information to internal contacts to inform market response strategies.

Channel Support and Operational Coordination

• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of all relevant SKUs.
• Coach distributor sales representatives on selling skills, product knowledge, and product applications to support their target achievement.
• Coordinate with distributors, direct customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the food service sector. A strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and negotiation is essential. A valid driver's license is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region. The role involves regular customer visits and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and sales success.
