About PepsiCo and the SR. PRESELLER Role

We are seeking a SR. PRESELLER to join our full-time sales team in Dammam, Eastern region, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

As part of the KSA sales team, the primary purpose of the SR. PRESELLER is to maximize sales volume, minimize product stales, and achieve distribution targets. This role involves implementing agreed merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Operating procedures must be consistently followed to ensure continuity of standards across KSA, supporting these core job functions. The Pre-seller also provides the supervisor with market information to develop sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, with sales measured against established targets and stales maintained below the agreed target.
  • Provide customer service as approved by the supervisor, maintaining call frequencies and adhering to the daily route plan to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks according to operating procedures, ensuring the sales vehicle is clean and roadworthy, and reporting any defects or damage promptly to the supervisor.
  • Supply ready-to-ship customer orders on time, including full details and delivery arrangements.
  • Maintain individual customer stock levels to agreed requirements to minimize out-of-stock problems.
  • Implement agreed in-store merchandising standards communicated by the supervisor, coordinating arrangements with company merchandisers where applicable.
  • Advise the supervisor of any relevant competitor activity taking place in the assigned service area.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of all cheques, cash, and credit sales.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the SR. PRESELLER position are required to have 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role also requires participation in training courses designed to improve levels of professionalism and customer service.

Professional Standards and Reporting

  • Maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times.
  • Adhere to high standards of driving and obey all driving regulations.
  • Provide the supervisor with the latest market information to support the development of sales opportunities.
  • Complete a daily debriefing session with the supervisor.

Performance Measurement
