Store Supervisor/Store Keeper

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Store Supervisor/Store Keeper for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for a reputable Oil & Gas company specializing in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and piping. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, with a salary range of SAR 3000 - 8000, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue raw materials, plates, pipes, fittings, welding consumables, tools, equipment, and project materials.
• Maintain accurate records for all materials, including GRN, issue, return, stock, and material traceability.
• Ensure proper storage and segregation of materials within the workshop.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements with procurement, fabrication, QA/QC, and project teams.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure accuracy.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in store supervision or store keeping.
• Strong knowledge of MTOs (Material Take-Offs), material specifications, heat numbers, traceability, material identification, inventory control, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems, MS Excel, and other inventory management systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of Saudi Aramco and project material control requirements.

Compensation
