The Role of Warehouse & Receiving Specialist

Bray International is seeking a Warehouse & Receiving Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports our Saudi Arabia Valve Automation Center (VAC) and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The specialist will be responsible for critical activities including receiving, inventory control, warehousing, material handling, kitting, and shipping support. This role is essential for ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and efficient support for production and customer delivery requirements.

Core Responsibilities: Receiving and Inventory Control

• Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and packing documentation.
• Process receiving transactions accurately within the ERP system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material management and traceability practices.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies as required.

Warehouse Operations and Material Management

• Store, organise, and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare and kit materials to support production orders and operational requirements.
• Ensure efficient handling, movement, and storage of materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment in accordance with company standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes and inventory management.

Shipping and Production Support

• Support packaging and shipping activities to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Assist with international shipments and export documentation where applicable.
• Provide support to assembly and production operations as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow throughout the facility.

Role Impact and Candidate Profile

This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting customer satisfaction within the Valve Automation Center operation. The Warehouse & Receiving Specialist directly contributes to production performance, inventory accuracy, and successful customer deliveries by ensuring materials are received accurately, inventory is properly controlled, and products are shipped on time. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual with 2-5 years of experience who can uphold these standards.
