Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain orders through email and telephone, verifying and entering items.
• Increase orders by suggesting related items and explaining features.
• Own and qualify opportunities from marketing and outside sales.
• Identify process improvements for better efficiency.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders.
• Review open orders and take necessary actions on orders that may be delayed.
• Maintain distribution systems and customer notification reports.
• Report market trends and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems independently.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
