About El-Ajou Group Trading

El-Ajou Group Trading is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on client strategy and relationship management.

Role Purpose

The Account Manager will support the Client Strategy and Relationship Management team. This role involves managing client relationships, assisting with sales and business development activities, gathering market information, and coordinating with internal teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support client relationship management and maintain professional communication with existing and potential clients.
Assist in identifying business opportunities, sales leads, and potential upselling opportunities.
Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups.
Assist in gathering market, customer, and competitor information.
Maintain accurate client, account, and sales information within CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of requests.
Support the preparation of sales, account, and market reports.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, workshops, and business development activities.
Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and gathering client feedback.
Develop knowledge of company products, services, market trends, and customer needs through training and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications and Experience

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong interest in client relationship management, sales, and business development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn and develop within a client-facing business environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business activities when required.
