About the Role

Alogayell Consulting Engineers is seeking an Accountant to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the daily accounting and financial operations of the company. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, including fresh graduates, who possess a foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.

Role Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable activities, and supporting daily accounting tasks and financial reporting. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
Prepare and review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Monitor expenses, revenues, and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
Review financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support the finance team with daily accounting activities.
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-1 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, within a consulting engineering firm. The Accountant will work as part of a team, contributing to the financial stability and operational efficiency of the company.
