Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounts receivable functions. This role involves ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments, accurate record-keeping, and effective coordination with internal teams to support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payments.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive accounts receivable records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate any identified discrepancies.
• Accurately record and allocate customer receipts.
• Prepare regular accounts receivable aging reports.
• Coordinate effectively with the Sales and Operations teams concerning customer balances.
• Maintain proper documentation to support audit requirements.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• 0-1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role, or a fresh graduate.
• Demonstrated motivation and a detail-oriented approach to financial tasks.
• A strong desire to develop a career within the accounting and finance sector.
