About the AI Solutions Specialist Role

Foreground is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of enterprise AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The role involves configuring, integrating, and supporting AI technologies across multiple business units as part of a broader enterprise AI platform initiative.

Role Overview and Reporting Structure

The AI Solutions Specialist will report to the Director of AI Solutions & Intelligent Automation. This position is crucial for ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing effectiveness of AI technologies within the organization. The specialist will work closely with various business units to integrate and support these advanced solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Configure AI applications to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors during the implementation of AI solutions.
• Support business testing phases for AI platforms and automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to AI deployments.
• Assist business users throughout the solution deployment lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend potential enhancements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise AI solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess experience in implementing enterprise applications, AI platforms, Microsoft technologies, automation solutions, or business systems. A strong analytical capability and proven problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations is also required.

Desirable Technical Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Azure AI services.
• Experience with OpenAI Enterprise.
• Proficiency with UiPath or similar enterprise automation platforms.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role operates within an environment focused on the strategic implementation of AI across the organization, requiring close collaboration with business units and technology vendors.
