The company is responsible for developing and managing hotels across three distinct brands: Alia (ultra-luxury), Sama (lifestyle luxury), and Noor (midscale). The Design & Technical Services (D&TS) team plays a crucial role in overseeing hotel design reviews, technical standards, and pre-opening delivery for a growing national portfolio.

The AI Specialist Internship Role

Adeera Hospitality is seeking a motivated AI Specialist Intern to join the D&TS team in Riyadh. This is a paid internship designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The primary focus of this role is to integrate AI and automation into the daily operations of hotel design and development. This position is practical and project-oriented, involving the creation of functional tools for live projects rather than research.

Key Responsibilities

• Automating design review workflows, including tracking and consolidating design development comments across architecture, interiors, and MEP disciplines.
• Building document-comparison and extraction tools for consultant deliverables such as drawings, specifications, area programmes, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Structuring and analyzing project data, including area programmes, OS&E/FF&E schedules, and pre-opening trackers.
• Piloting AI assistants trained on Adeera's brand and technical standards to support faster, more consistent design reviews.
• Preparing documentation and short presentations on developed tools and findings, and sharing relevant emerging AI tools for design and construction workflows.

Internship Deliverable

Within the first 90 days of the internship, the AI Specialist Intern will be responsible for developing and piloting at least one working automation tool on a live project workflow, with dedicated support from the D&TS team.

• Ability to build functional tools and contribute to live project environments.
