About the AI Tools Associate Role

Olive Tree Consulting Group is seeking an AI Tools Associate to support its internal consulting team and a key client engagement based in Riyadh. This is a permanent, full-time, and fully remote position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are adept at leveraging technology to organize information and streamline communication.

Purpose of the Position

This role is integral to enabling our advisory practice to focus on resolving management friction for leadership teams. The AI Tools Associate will be primarily responsible for testing and implementing various AI tools to ensure internal operations and client projects remain organized and easy to follow. The objective is to establish a reliable, written system for all activities, reducing reliance on memory and enhancing clarity in decision-making and process handoffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Test various AI applications to determine optimal support for note-taking and documentation processes.
• Create and manage templates to facilitate the transformation of complex meeting transcripts into simple, actionable summaries.
• Organize digital project records for the Riyadh-based client, ensuring clear tracking of all decisions and priorities.
• Configure basic automations to transfer information between communication tools and the internal knowledge base.
• Review and edit AI-generated outputs to meet standards for plain English and directness.
• Maintain concise written records for recurring team rhythms to ensure alignment.
• Assist in setting up new project spaces, clearly defining ownership and responsibility markers.
• Keep the internal library of tool guides updated for effective team usage.
