About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Analyst - Commercial and Reporting (Governance) to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is central to overseeing governance-related reporting and providing support to the organization's commercial functions. The role requires an experienced and detail-oriented professional to ensure compliance and drive efficiency.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all projects and commercial activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The Analyst will contribute to establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks, which are critical for sustainable financial practices and operational efficiency across the company. This position plays a key part in upholding the organization's standards for compliance and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and assess contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to executive management and business functions on regulatory, governance, and legal matters.
• Prepare legal, governance, and compliance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and promote governance best practices across the organization.
• Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting documentation, and maintenance of official records and minutes.
• Manage shareholder communications, respond to inquiries, and ensure transparent disclosure of relevant information.
• Review proposed regulations, amendments, and governance requirements, providing legal analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders on governance, compliance, and legal matters.
